Fluffy Vegan Pancakes with Hidden Chocolate Chips

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1 cup flour (I used oat flour)
  • 2 Tbl. Sugar (I used 1 1/2 of coconut sugar)
  • 1 Tbl. Baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Wet

  • 1 cup non dairy milk (I used almond)
  • 1 Tbl. Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

Preparation

  1. Mix dry ingredients together well.

  2. In separate bowl combine wet ingredients, mix well then add to dry ingredients.

  3. Enjoy!
