Fluffy Vegan Pancakes with Hidden Chocolate Chips
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 cup flour (I used oat flour)
- 2 Tbl. Sugar (I used 1 1/2 of coconut sugar)
- 1 Tbl. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
Wet
- 1 cup non dairy milk (I used almond)
- 1 Tbl. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients together well.
In separate bowl combine wet ingredients, mix well then add to dry ingredients.
