Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup whole grain oats
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 heaping tbsp date paste
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a fork or whisk and let sit in fridge over night
