Healthy Vegan Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp oat milk
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup mashed bananas, about 3 small bananas
- Add on: walnuts, peanut butter
Preparation
Mix all the dry and we ingredients in a blender till smooth
Then add in the walnuts and pulse till those are broken up a bit
Pour batter over square baking dish, I lined mine with parchment paper
Pour peanut butter over the top and swirl it out
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes
Let cool before cutting into squares
