Healthy Vegan Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp oat milk
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup mashed bananas, about 3 small bananas
  • Add on: walnuts, peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Mix all the dry and we ingredients in a blender till smooth

  2. Then add in the walnuts and pulse till those are broken up a bit

  3. Pour batter over square baking dish, I lined mine with parchment paper

  4. Pour peanut butter over the top and swirl it out

  5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes

  6. Let cool before cutting into squares
