Sweet Potato Toast with Savory and Sweet Toppings

Ingredients

  • Sweet potato
  • Olive oil (optional)
  • Beetroot hummus
  • Avocado
  • Micro greens
  • Peanut butter
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries

Preparation

  1. Slice the sweet potato into approximately 1 cm slices.

  2. Lay the slices flat on a baking tray.

  3. Optionally brush with a little olive oil.

  4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through.

  5. Check after 30 minutes and continue baking until cooked, depending on thickness.

  6. Top with your choice of savory toppings like beetroot hummus, avocado, and micro greens, or sweet toppings like peanut butter, strawberries, and blueberries.
