Turmeric and Tahini Coconut Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats soaked overnight
  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1 Tbs tahini
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats in spring water overnight.

  2. Rinse in a colander before placing in a pot with the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Mix well and bring to a quick boil then cover and turn down to a low simmer stirring frequently and adding water to desired consistency for about 15 minutes.

  4. Top with some granola, a dollop of coconut oil and drizzle with maple syrup.
