Turmeric and Tahini Coconut Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats soaked overnight
- 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
- 1 Tbs tahini
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Pinch salt
Preparation
Soak the oats in spring water overnight.
Rinse in a colander before placing in a pot with the rest of the ingredients.
Mix well and bring to a quick boil then cover and turn down to a low simmer stirring frequently and adding water to desired consistency for about 15 minutes.
Top with some granola, a dollop of coconut oil and drizzle with maple syrup.
