Crispy Chicken Vegetable Stir Fry
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Cornstarch or arrowroot flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Avocado oil
Vegetables
- Broccoli
- Carrots
- Bell peppers
Sauce
- Stir fry sauce
Garnish
- Sesame seeds
- Green onions
Preparation
Pat dry the chicken with paper towel.
Cut chicken into cubes and toss with cornstarch or arrowroot flour, salt, and pepper.
Heat avocado oil in a large skillet until sizzling hot.
Add chicken and cook undisturbed in batches for 4 minutes until crispy, then flip and cook for another 3 minutes.
Remove chicken and add vegetables, then sauté for 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan and toss with stir fry sauce.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Tips
Chop vegetables ahead of time for quicker preparation.
Use a homemade sauce or a store-bought no-soy version for variety.
