Feta Chicken Sausage and Veggie Skillet Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of chicken sausages
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1-2 bell peppers
  • 1-2 tbsp of Tamari (or soy or coconut aminos) + a dash of @franksredhot
  • Option: cooked rice

Preparation

  1. Slice the chicken sausages and cook them for 4 minutes per side in olive oil.

  2. Dice the bell peppers and broccoli, and add them to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. Cook the vegetables while stirring for another 5 minutes.

  4. Add the Tamari and a dash of hot sauce to the pan, then stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.

  5. Serve the dish with cooked rice or make it grain-free by substituting with cauliflower rice.
