Feta Chicken Sausage and Veggie Skillet Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 pack of chicken sausages
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1-2 bell peppers
- 1-2 tbsp of Tamari (or soy or coconut aminos) + a dash of @franksredhot
- Option: cooked rice
Preparation
Slice the chicken sausages and cook them for 4 minutes per side in olive oil.
Dice the bell peppers and broccoli, and add them to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook the vegetables while stirring for another 5 minutes.
Add the Tamari and a dash of hot sauce to the pan, then stir until the ingredients are well incorporated.
Serve the dish with cooked rice or make it grain-free by substituting with cauliflower rice.
