Black Pepper Chicken Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 5 pieces chicken
- 6 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 inch ginger
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 4 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- A few bird's eye chilies, optional
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Salt
- Sugar
- Cooking oil for sautéing
Marinade
- 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
Marinate the chicken for 30 minutes with the marinade ingredients, then fry or grill until cooked.
Sauté the shallots, garlic, ginger, and black pepper until fragrant.
Add the chicken and stir until well mixed.
Add salt and sugar to taste.
