Delicious Blueberry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- as many porridge oats as you’d like
- 1 tbsp of chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder (cookies n cream or vanilla)
- water covering the oats
- 2 tbsp thick yoghurt (Alpro soya or Greek yoghurt)
- frozen or fresh blueberries (~1/4 cup)
Topping
- defrost around 1/4 cup of blueberries in the microwave until juicy and melty
- a drizzle of peanut butter
Preparation
In a bowl, mix porridge oats, chia seeds, protein powder, and water.
Add thick yoghurt and blueberries to the mixture.
Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
Cover the bowl and leave it in the fridge overnight.
For the topping, defrost blueberries in the microwave until they are juicy and melty.
Drizzle peanut butter over the overnight oats before serving.
