Dirty Chai Latte Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 8 Medjool dates
  • 3/4 cup raw cashews
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seed
  • 1 teaspoon chai spice blend
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon water

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix on high to combine until a dough forms. May need to stop and scrape down sides a couple times.

  2. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if dough is too dry, or add a little extra flour little by little if needed.

  3. Roll into balls and store in an airtight container for up to a week. Optional to store in fridge or freezer for even longer.
