Dirty Chai Latte Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 8 Medjool dates
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 1/4 cup ground flax seed
- 1 teaspoon chai spice blend
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon water
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor and mix on high to combine until a dough forms. May need to stop and scrape down sides a couple times.
Add water 1 tablespoon at a time if dough is too dry, or add a little extra flour little by little if needed.
Roll into balls and store in an airtight container for up to a week. Optional to store in fridge or freezer for even longer.
