Gluten-Free Vegan Cookie Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic peanut butter
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts (can exchange for nuts or more oats)
- 2 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and roll into bite-sized balls.
Add extra chocolate chips on top for a decorative look.
