Gluten-Free Vegan Cookie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic peanut butter
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts (can exchange for nuts or more oats)
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and roll into bite-sized balls.

  2. Add extra chocolate chips on top for a decorative look.
