Naturally Purple Berry Bounty Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (130g) shredded coconut
  • 1 cup (120g) fresh blackberries or berries of choice
  • 1/4 cup (50g) coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Puree the blackberries.

  2. Strain out the seeds.

  3. Mix together the coconut, coconut oil, berry puree, and salt.

  4. Press firmly into a pan lined with wax paper.

  5. Freeze for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Cut into 8 bars.

  7. Melt the chocolate chips.

  8. Coat bars in melted chocolate.

  9. Refrigerate until set.
