Easy Two-Tone Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

Crust

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 1.5 cups ground biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cardamom

Filling

  • 400 grams cream cheese, soft
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Decoration

  • Chocolate fingers
  • Strawberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. Mix the crust ingredients together and press into the bottom of a springform pan.

  3. Combine the filling ingredients until smooth and pour over the crust.

  4. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.

  5. Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

  6. Decorate with chocolate fingers and strawberries before serving.
