Easy Two-Tone Chocolate Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1.5 cups ground biscuits
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch cardamom
Filling
- 400 grams cream cheese, soft
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
Decoration
- Chocolate fingers
- Strawberries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix the crust ingredients together and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Combine the filling ingredients until smooth and pour over the crust.
Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Decorate with chocolate fingers and strawberries before serving.
