Easy Vegan Gluten-Free Oatmeal Buns

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cups blended oatmeal
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup apple sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 scoops plant strong unflavoured

Preparation

  1. Line the baking pan with parchment paper on the bottom.

  2. Grease the sides of the pan.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes.
