Homemade Malaysian Shellfish Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 2 onions
- A handful of dried chili
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 spoons meat curry powder
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning to taste
- Crab
- Squid
- Clams
- Shrimp
- Cauliflower
- Broccoli
- Optional: Boiled corn
Preparation
Blend the onions, dried chili, and garlic.
Heat a little oil and add the blended mixture.
Cook until the sambal releases oil, then add 2 spoons of meat curry powder and cook until thick. Add sugar, salt, and seasoning to taste.
Add crab and stir well.
Add squid and stir well.
Wait 5 minutes, then add clams and stir well.
Finally, add shrimp, cauliflower, broccoli, and stir well. Do not add water initially.
Optional: Add boiled corn.
Tips
No need to add water as the shrimp and squid will release their own liquid.
