Apple Cinnamon & Honey Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • 50 g fine oats
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 300 ml water/milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • Apple slices
  • Honey

Preparation

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the fine oats and chia seeds.

  2. Add 300 ml of water or milk of your choice to the bowl.

  3. Season with a pinch of salt and mix well.

  4. Microwave the mixture until all the liquid is absorbed. This will cook the oats and chia seeds. The cooking time may vary, but it's usually around 2-3 minutes.
