Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup coconut nectar
  • 1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons creamy salted peanut butter
  • pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix together the coconut nectar, peanut butter, and salt in a small bowl until well combined

  2. TIPS: The caramel will be thinner at room temperature (perfect for banana nice cream) and thicker once refrigerated (ideal for dipping sliced fruit)
