Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Oats
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 3 tablespoons frozen riced cauliflower
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons cacao powder
Optional additions
- 1 scoop collagen
- 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
- 1 teaspoon ground chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
Toppings
- Banana slices
- Chocolate tahini
- Orange blossom honey
- Hemp seeds
Preparation
Combine oats, quinoa flakes, frozen riced cauliflower, almond milk, water, and cacao powder in a pot.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cooked, about 5-10 minutes.
Stir in any optional additions.
Serve topped with banana slices, chocolate tahini, orange blossom honey, and hemp seeds.
