Chocolate Quinoa Breakfast Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup quick cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup quinoa flakes
  • 3 tablespoons frozen riced cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder

Optional additions

  • 1 scoop collagen
  • 1/2 teaspoon maca powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs

Toppings

  • Banana slices
  • Chocolate tahini
  • Orange blossom honey
  • Hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, quinoa flakes, frozen riced cauliflower, almond milk, water, and cacao powder in a pot.

  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until cooked, about 5-10 minutes.

  3. Stir in any optional additions.

  4. Serve topped with banana slices, chocolate tahini, orange blossom honey, and hemp seeds.
