Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • coconut milk
  • coconut butter
  • vanilla plant protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • cinnamon
  • cardamom

Toppings

  • 1/4 mango
  • unsalted macadamia nuts
  • shredded coconut
  • cacao
  • flax

Preparation

  1. Blend coconut milk with coconut butter and vanilla plant protein.

  2. Pour over 1 tablespoon chia seeds, cinnamon and cardamom and let sit overnight.

  3. Top with 1/4 mango, unsalted macadamia nuts, shredded coconut, cacao and flax.
