Mango Coconut Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- coconut milk
- coconut butter
- vanilla plant protein
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- cinnamon
- cardamom
Toppings
- 1/4 mango
- unsalted macadamia nuts
- shredded coconut
- cacao
- flax
Preparation
Blend coconut milk with coconut butter and vanilla plant protein.
Pour over 1 tablespoon chia seeds, cinnamon and cardamom and let sit overnight.
Top with 1/4 mango, unsalted macadamia nuts, shredded coconut, cacao and flax.
