Almond Flour Cookie Dough Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips (plus extra for coating)

Preparation

  1. Stir together the almond flour and maple syrup or honey. If using honey, add an extra 1/2 tablespoon. Then add the chocolate chips.

  2. Use a mini cookie scoop to form the mixture into about 13 bites.

  3. Freeze the bites for 15 minutes.

  4. Melt the extra chocolate chips and coat the frozen bites in the melted chocolate.
