Blueberry Chia Jam Nut Butter Porridge

Ingredients

Chia jam

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and raspberries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp water

Porridge

  • 40g Quaker Oats
  • 300ml Plant Based Milk

Toppings

  • Drizzle of nut butter
  • Coconut flakes
  • Homemade granola

Preparation

  1. Combine chia jam ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken

  2. Simmer porridge ingredients together in a pot until creamy, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Top the cooked porridge with chia jam, nut butter, coconut flakes, and granola
