Blueberry Chia Jam Nut Butter Porridge
Ingredients
Chia jam
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp water
Porridge
- 40g Quaker Oats
- 300ml Plant Based Milk
Toppings
- Drizzle of nut butter
- Coconut flakes
- Homemade granola
Preparation
Combine chia jam ingredients in a bowl and let sit for 10-15 minutes to thicken
Simmer porridge ingredients together in a pot until creamy, about 5-10 minutes
Top the cooked porridge with chia jam, nut butter, coconut flakes, and granola
