- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries and raspberries
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp water
- 40g quaker oats
- 300ml plant based milk
- toppings: drizzle of nut butter, coconut flakes and homemade granola
