Chocolate Covered Figs with Sea Salt
Ingredients
- Handful dried figs
- 1/2 bar bittersweet couverture
- Sprinkle sea salt
Preparation
Melt chocolate in a water bath
Cut figs in half
Coat half of the fig in the chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt
Let it harden
