Chocolate Covered Figs with Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • Handful dried figs
  • 1/2 bar bittersweet couverture
  • Sprinkle sea salt

Preparation

  1. Melt chocolate in a water bath

  2. Cut figs in half

  3. Coat half of the fig in the chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt

  4. Let it harden
