Chocolate Porridge with Peanut Butter and Fruit

Ingredients

  • Jumbo organic oats
  • Unsweetened soya milk
  • Cacao powder
  • Dash of soya cream
  • Fruit
  • Peanut butter
  • White chocolate wafer bar

Kombucha components

  • Berry kombucha
  • Lemon
  • Mint
  • Cucumber
  • Raspberries

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, soya milk, and cacao powder in a saucepan.

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the porridge thickens and oats are tender.

  3. Remove from heat and top with a dash of soya cream, fresh fruit, peanut butter, and broken pieces of white chocolate wafer bar.

Kombucha infusion

  1. Add slices of lemon, fresh mint leaves, cucumber slices, and raspberries to berry kombucha.

  2. Let the mixture infuse for a few minutes and serve chilled.
