Crispy Vegan Potato Cabbage Nuggets
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 200g cabbage
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 dl buckwheat flour
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper
- breadcrumbs
Preparation
Mix flax seeds with water and let sit to form a gel
Shred the cabbage and potatoes
Mix the shredded vegetables in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, flax mixture, paprika, salt, and pepper
Form the dough into pieces and roll in breadcrumbs
Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets, and cook until crispy
