Crispy Vegan Potato Cabbage Nuggets

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 200g cabbage
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 dl buckwheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Mix flax seeds with water and let sit to form a gel

  2. Shred the cabbage and potatoes

  3. Mix the shredded vegetables in a bowl with garlic, buckwheat flour, flax mixture, paprika, salt, and pepper

  4. Form the dough into pieces and roll in breadcrumbs

  5. Heat oil in a pan, add the nuggets, and cook until crispy
