  • Hummus, 1/4 pitta bread and cucumber
  • Smashed avocado, 1/4 bagel, cherry tomato (cut into 1/4s)
  • 1/4 - 1/2 Banana and almond butter
  • OTHER EXAMPLES
  • 100ml Pea/soya/oat milk + fruit
  • 2-3 Tbsp dairy free yoghurt alternative + fruit
