Delicious Matcha Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- 1/4 cup dairy-free yogurt
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 tbsp protein powder
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (can adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Add the oats, milk, yogurt, matcha powder, protein powder, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to a cup or jar.
Optionally, split the ingredients equally between two cups to make two portions.
Whisk the ingredients well to combine.
Cover the oats with a lid and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, remove from the refrigerator, top with additional dairy-free yogurt and fresh berries, and enjoy.
