Fruit and Nut Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Walnuts
  • Almonds
  • Hazelnuts
  • Dates
  • Sultanas
  • Prunes

Toppings

  • Greek style yoghurt
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Prepare the pancake batter and incorporate the chopped dried fruits and nuts

  2. Cook the pancakes on a heated griddle or skillet until golden brown on both sides

  3. Top the cooked pancakes with Greek style yoghurt and a generous amount of cinnamon

  4. Serve with espresso and fresh fruit on the side
