Fruit and Nut Pancakes
Ingredients
- Walnuts
- Almonds
- Hazelnuts
- Dates
- Sultanas
- Prunes
Toppings
- Greek style yoghurt
- Cinnamon
Preparation
Prepare the pancake batter and incorporate the chopped dried fruits and nuts
Cook the pancakes on a heated griddle or skillet until golden brown on both sides
Top the cooked pancakes with Greek style yoghurt and a generous amount of cinnamon
Serve with espresso and fresh fruit on the side
