Pretty in Pink Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • Pink dragon fruit
  • Chia seeds
  • Coconut cream
  • Mixed berries
  • Raspberry
  • Coconut crumble

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds with coconut cream and let it sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to thicken into pudding.

  2. Prepare the fruits by chopping pink dragon fruit and rinsing mixed berries and raspberry.

  3. Assemble by layering the chia pudding with the prepared fruits and topping with coconut crumble.

  4. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
