Quick Vegan Spaghetti and Meatballs
Ingredients
- Linda McCartney tomato and basil meatballs
- Red onion
- Garlic
- Chopped tomatoes
- Organic whole wheat spaghetti
- Whole grain toasted pita bread
- Grated Parveggio cheese
Preparation
Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
In a pan, sauté red onion and garlic until softened, then add chopped tomatoes and meatballs, heating until the mixture is warm and combined.
Toast the pita bread in a toaster or oven until crisp.
Serve the spaghetti topped with the meatball mixture and grated cheese.
