Quick Vegan Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients

  • Linda McCartney tomato and basil meatballs
  • Red onion
  • Garlic
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Organic whole wheat spaghetti
  • Whole grain toasted pita bread
  • Grated Parveggio cheese

Preparation

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.

  2. In a pan, sauté red onion and garlic until softened, then add chopped tomatoes and meatballs, heating until the mixture is warm and combined.

  3. Toast the pita bread in a toaster or oven until crisp.

  4. Serve the spaghetti topped with the meatball mixture and grated cheese.
