Shakshuka

Ingredients

  • sliced peppers and onion
  • Mexican beans
  • e chilli sauce
  • plum tomatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chilli flakes and Tabasco sauce
  • @thehappyeggco

Preparation

  1. Simply just fried off some sliced peppers and onion and let it soften a little

  2. Then I added some mixed Mexican beans in some chilli sauce, with some plum tomatoes, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and Tabasco sauce

  3. I let this heat through for a few minutes and then I added a @thehappyeggco right in the middle

  4. Covered on the hob on a medium heat until the egg white is set

  5. Topped with some coriander

  6. Absolutely delicious
