Tahini Banana Almond Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Optional toppings

  • Vegan cool whip, for serving
  • Crushed gluten free cookie, for serving
  • Strawberries, for serving

Preparation

  1. Pour 1.5 cups almond milk into an empty ice-cube tray and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

  2. When ready to make the milkshake, pour the remaining half cup almond milk into a high-speed blender, add the bananas, cinnamon, and tahini, and blend until smooth and creamy, about 2 minutes.

  3. Divide evenly among two glasses and top with cool whip, crushed cookies, and strawberries, if desired.
