Vegan Cheese Toastie with Pesto and Kale

Ingredients

  • Hovis bakery bread
  • Violife vegan cheese
  • kale
  • Sacla tofu pesto
  • sundried tomatoes
  • Follow your heart cheese
  • chilli flakes
  • black pepper

Preparation

  1. Spread tofu pesto on a slice of bread.

  2. Add kale and sundried tomatoes on top.

  3. Layer with vegan cheese and additional cheese.

  4. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and black pepper.

  5. Toast in a skillet or sandwich press until cheese melts and bread is golden.
