Vegan Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Vegan chicken pieces
  • Relish
  • Vegan creme fraiche
  • Red onion
  • Sweet corn
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomatoes
  • Wholegrain baguette

Preparation

  1. Fry the vegan chicken pieces until cooked.
