Bok Choy Stir-Fry with Shimeji Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 250 grams bok choy
- A handful of shimeji mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic for fried topping
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Boiled water as needed
- Cooking oil
Preparation
Finely chop 2 cloves of garlic and fry until crisp for topping; set aside.
Split the bok choy in half and wash under running water until clean.
Boil water until boiling, add a little cooking oil, stir, add bok choy, boil briefly, remove, drain, and arrange on a plate.
Sauté the finely chopped garlic until fragrant, then add the mushrooms and sauté briefly.
Add oyster sauce, salt, and sugar to taste, add a little water, cook until boiling, and taste test.
Remove from heat and pour over the bok choy.
Serve with a sprinkle of the fried garlic on top.
