Broccoli Mushroom Oyster Sauce Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 250 grams broccoli
- 10 pieces shiitake mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 100 ml water
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Seasoning to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Green onions
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch slurry
Preparation
Prepare broccoli by cutting into pieces, boiling for 3 minutes, then immersing in ice water and setting aside.
Prepare shiitake mushrooms by soaking until they expand, squeezing out excess water, and cutting to desired size.
Mince garlic and slice green onions diagonally.
Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add mushrooms and stir well.
Add oyster sauce, water, sugar, seasoning to taste, and pepper, then adjust the taste.
Add prepared broccoli and stir well, allow liquid to reduce slightly, and thicken with cornstarch slurry to desired consistency.
Finally, add sliced green onions, remove from heat, and serve warm.
