Broccoli and Mushroom Oyster Sauce Stir-Fry
Ingredients
- 150g broccoli
- 10 boiled quail eggs
- 3 champignon mushrooms
Seasonings
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 onion
- 1.5 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
- 200-250ml water
- 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Preparation
Soak the broccoli in salted water for 15 minutes, then rinse well.
Boil the quail eggs and peel them.
Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant, add mushrooms and sauté until wilted, then add water.
Add broccoli and quail eggs, then stir in oyster sauce, sweet soy sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar, and adjust seasoning to taste.
If the taste is correct, add the cornstarch mixture, stir well, and wait until it boils again, then remove from heat and serve.
