Stir-Fried Taro Leaves with Shrimp
Ingredients
- 2 bunches taro leaves
- 150g shrimp
- Oyster sauce to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil as needed
Spice paste
- 5 cloves garlic
- 5 curly chilies
Preparation
Wash and trim the taro leaves like spinach, then rinse and drain
Clean the shrimp by slitting the back and removing the vein
Stir-fry the spice paste until fragrant, then add shrimp and stir until color changes, add taro leaves, oyster sauce, a little salt and sugar
Stir-fry quickly, add a little water, cook for about 5 minutes on high heat, taste and adjust seasoning, then remove from heat and serve
