Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- coconut overnight oats
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1 tbsp coconut flakes
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 mashed ripe banana
Preparation
Mix together dry ingredients and then add in almond milk
Once almond milk is mixed into the oats, set in fridge overnight
Add and mix in ripe banana, and adjust fluids if desired
Top with your favorites and enjoy your morning
