Creamy Vanilla Zoats for Post-Gym Refuel
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup gf oats
- 1 spoon chia seeds
- 1/4 grated courgette
- 1 sachet vanilla protein
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Almond milk
- 1 spoon straight up yogurt
Additions
- pomegranate
- frozen blueberries
- @pipandnut
- bee pollen
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, add pomegranate, frozen blueberries, @pipandnut, and bee pollen.
