Creamy Vanilla Zoats for Post-Gym Refuel

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup gf oats
  • 1 spoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 grated courgette
  • 1 sachet vanilla protein
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Almond milk
  • 1 spoon straight up yogurt

Additions

  • pomegranate
  • frozen blueberries
  • @pipandnut
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, add pomegranate, frozen blueberries, @pipandnut, and bee pollen.
