Back to Work Pumpkin Porridge Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gf oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 spoons pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 tsp milled flax
  • Loads of cinnamon
  • Frozen berries
  • Pumpkin spiced almond butter
  • Bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats overnight in water to aid cooking and digestion.

  2. In the morning, add almond milk, pumpkin purée, vanilla protein, milled flax, and cinnamon to the soaked oats.

  3. Top the mixture with frozen berries, pumpkin spiced almond butter, and bee pollen.

  4. Adding more flax helps ease bloat, and having it prepped makes for a happy start to the day.
