Crispy Fluffy Waffles
Ingredients
- 400g flour
- 160g sugar
- 1/2ts salt
- 1ts baking powder
- 400ml oatmilk
- 80ml sparkling water
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 2tb coconut oil and more to grease the waffle maker
- powderer sugar, fruit, maple syrup or ice cream to top them with
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until smooth
Let the dough rest for 10-20 minutes
Preheat the waffle maker
Grease with coconut oil
Add in some of the dough and bake until golden
Repeat with the other waffles
Serve with fruit, powdered sugar, syrup or ice cream
