Easy Healthy Black Bean Fritters
Ingredients
- 250g cooked black beans
- 50g oats
- 50g wholemeal spelt flour (or wheat)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- some salt (if available: smoked salt)
- 1/3 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- if necessary: some hot water (approx. 50 ml)
- ~ 2 tablespoons of frying oil for the pan
Preparation
Wash the black beans well and puree them roughly
Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces and knead all ingredients into a sticky mass
Form little patties and fry them in a well-coated pan over high heat on both sides with oil for approximately 5 minutes per side
