Easy Healthy Black Bean Fritters

Ingredients

  • 250g cooked black beans
  • 50g oats
  • 50g wholemeal spelt flour (or wheat)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • some salt (if available: smoked salt)
  • 1/3 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • if necessary: some hot water (approx. 50 ml)
  • ~ 2 tablespoons of frying oil for the pan

Preparation

  1. Wash the black beans well and puree them roughly

  2. Chop the onion and garlic into small pieces and knead all ingredients into a sticky mass

  3. Form little patties and fry them in a well-coated pan over high heat on both sides with oil for approximately 5 minutes per side
