Easy No-Rise Stuffed Pizza Pockets
Ingredients
- 150g flour
- 90g tomato passata
- 6g instant yeast
- Salt to taste
- Additional flour for work surface if needed
Filling
- Pizza mozzarella or preferred cheese, even vegan, for stuffing
Preparation
Mix the ingredients with a spoon, then by hand.
Let the dough rest for 15 minutes covered.
Divide the dough into four and form balls.
Stretch each ball with hands to form a concavity in the center.
Place the cheese or chosen filling in the concavity.
Seal the edges to enclose the filling.
Cook in a pan with a brush of oil on medium heat with the lid, or alternatively in the oven or air fryer.
