Easy Vegan Garbanzo Wraps for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup plus 7 Tbsp garbanzo flour
- 2 Tbsp ground flax seeds
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tsp dried herbs (optional)
- 3/4 cup water plus 2 Tbsp
- Avocado oil for greasing
Preparation
It is recommended to use two frying pans for easier flipping.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for the oil and let it sit to thicken for about 5 minutes.
Heat the frying pan with the oil.
Pour a quarter of the batter into the pan and fry for about 3 minutes.
Flip the wrap in another prepared pan with oil as well.
Repeat for each wrap making sure to add more oil to the pans.
They can be served hot or cold, and optionally with salad, hummus, or guacamole.
