Garlic Chili Lentil Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry lentils
  • 2 cups veggie broth
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp garlic chili sauce
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp adobo seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

  1. Bring lentils and veggie broth up to a boil then reduce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes or until lentils are cooked and most of liquid is cooked off (if too much fluid remains, feel free to drain)

  2. Add remaining ingredients to a bowl and whisk until a sauce is made

  3. Adjust thickness of sauce further based on preference

  4. Then once lentils are cooked, add sauce and coat well

  5. Serve lentils warm or cool and refrigerate for use in wraps or in bowls
