Garlic Chili Chickpeas
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 10 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 tsp garlic chili sauce
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of ginger
- 3 tbsp veggie broth or water
- Handful of kale
Preparation
In a pan, add onion and sauté until translucent, add chickpeas and tomatoes and sauté for about 3 minutes
Add in soy sauce, garlic sauce, broth, seasonings and kale
Sauté until kale is wilted and liquid has cooked off
Serve with brown rice
I also added a little tahini sauce on top
