Homemade Zucchini Pizza with Cheese
Ingredients
Dough
- 150 ml mineral water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 300 grams flour
Filling
- 300 grams zucchini
- 150 grams cheese (mozzarella or hard)
- spices to taste
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 15 grams olive oil ITLV Clasico
- sesame to taste
Preparation
Mix mineral water, salt, sugar, and flour to make an elastic dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Add olive oil to a skillet and sauté zucchini for 5 minutes until soft.
Roll out the dough, spread with tomato paste, add the zucchini, and sprinkle with cheese.
Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes until golden crust forms. Sprinkle with sesame if desired.
