Homemade Zucchini Pizza with Cheese

Ingredients

Dough

  • 150 ml mineral water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 300 grams flour

Filling

  • 300 grams zucchini
  • 150 grams cheese (mozzarella or hard)
  • spices to taste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 15 grams olive oil ITLV Clasico
  • sesame to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix mineral water, salt, sugar, and flour to make an elastic dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

  2. Add olive oil to a skillet and sauté zucchini for 5 minutes until soft.

  3. Roll out the dough, spread with tomato paste, add the zucchini, and sprinkle with cheese.

  4. Place the pizza in an oven preheated to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes until golden crust forms. Sprinkle with sesame if desired.
