Hot Creamy Vegan Chocolate Porridge
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 to 2 tbsp milled flaxseed
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- plant-based milk (to cover)
Toppings
- cashew butter
- cacao powder
- cacao nibs
- bananas
- tangy frozen berries
Preparation
Stir the mixture and, if you have time, leave to soak; otherwise, cook gently, adding more liquid until the oats are cooked and the porridge reaches your favorite consistency.
Spoon into bowls and top with cashew butter, cacao powder, cacao nibs, bananas, and tangy frozen berries.
