Kidney Bean Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2/3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tin beans, drained and rinsed (I used kidney)
- 350g-400g tomato passata
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 4 tbsp plant milk
Preparation
Pop a frying pan on the hob and add the onion. Fry for five minutes
Add the garlic and cook for another minute
Add the beans and fry for a minute
Add all the remaining ingredients and leave to simmer for 5-10 minutes or until the sauce has thickened up
Serve it’s pasta and enjoy
