Ocean Blue Bars

Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. almond flour
  • 3/4 c. granola
  • 1 c. dates
  • 2 t. coconut oil
  • ingredients (filling)
  • 1 c. cashews
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup
  • 1 t. coconut oil
  • 1 t. vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in hot water for 30 mins, then add all ingredients except the #unicornsuperfoods powder to the blender

  2. Blend on high speed until creamy

  3. Split the creamy mixture into 2 bowls

  4. Add Ocean Blue powder to 1, and leave the other white

  5. Remove pan from the freezer, and add dollops of each mixture onto the crust

  6. Using a butter knife, swirl the colors together to achieve a pretty marbled look! Place in freezer for 30 mins, and enjoy
